We are a not-for-profit organisation supporting the well-being of those affected by hearing loss while promoting hearing health and hearing loss prevention.

We offer an Ear Cleaning service, using the microsuction method for adults and children (under16’s).  Adult (16+) appointments can be made online at https://hvhearing.co.nz/book-an-appointment/   

We ask that you telephone us on 04 5678036 to make your child’s appointment, to ensure they are booked in with our Ear Nurse.

Our Board and the frontline team care deeply about the well-being of our community, especially those who cannot afford private services, and whose needs may not be met through traditional channels.

We raise awareness in the community about all forms of hearing loss and provide education on how hearing loss can be prevented, and information on the support available for those with hearing impairments.  We also clean and check hearing aids while you wait.
